If you order several products with different delivery times, they will generally be shipped together as soon as all products are ready for shipping.

Your order will be shipped collectively when the product with the longest delivery time is ready.

Depending on which products you choose from AllesDaune, different transport companies will be used for shipping. This is because some of your ordered products come directly from the central warehouses of the respective manufacturers.

However, AllesDaune orders are currently shipped with Austrian Post, DHL and GLS.

From the time of dispatch, delivery takes only a few business days, depending on the shipping zone:

Shipping Zone 1: 1-3 business days
Shipping Zone 2: 2-5 business days
Shipping Zone 3: 5-10 business days

Yes, all packages are sent with tracking. You will be informed when your order is shipped and will directly receive the tracking link for your package.

With the tracking link, you can see the expected delivery date, the current status and location of your package at any time and, depending on availability, you can even make changes to the delivery.

For example, the delivery date can be postponed, a storage location for the package can be specified, the package can be redirected to work or to a neighbor, and more. Please note that not all options are always available for every package.
