The story of ARO® begins in 1919 in Kettenkamp, northern Germany. There, the Artländer family founded a company dedicated entirely to the production of high-quality down duvets and pillows. What once began as a small factory developed over the decades into a respected manufacturer whose products are now appreciated far beyond the country's borders.

ARO® combines traditional processing techniques with contemporary functionality. The company has become particularly well-known for its innovative sleeping solutions for babies – such as the award-winning down sleeping bag with VarioSystem, which flexibly adapts to the child's growth. ARO® also sets standards in the field of high-quality bedding for adults: With carefully selected down, breathable cotton fabrics, and responsible production, they create long-lasting products that offer the highest level of sleeping comfort.
